Join us for the National Psychology Supervision Conference held on 23 April 2027 at the Crowne Plaza, Sydney Darling Harbour. Supervision plays a critical role in developing psychologists, strengthening professional practice and supporting the future of the profession.

The National Psychology Supervision Conference (NPSC) brings together psychologists from across Australia to focus specifically on the practice, research and future of psychology supervision. Across one dedicated day, NPSC will provide an opportunity for supervisors, researchers, educators and psychology leaders to share knowledge, exchange ideas and contribute to the ongoing development of supervision in Australia.

Setting the Standard. Leading the Way

Celebrating 21 years of STAP

For 21 years, STAP has contributed to the development of psychology supervision in Australia, training thousands of psychologists to take on the important responsibility of supervising others, STAP has been setting the standard and leading the way from the very beginning. This milestone provides an opportunity not only to celebrate how far supervision in Australia has come, but also to look forward.

Setting the Standard. Leading the Way. reflects the purpose of the conference: to bring renewed focus and momentum to psychology supervision, highlight its importance to the profession, showcase advances in supervision practice and research, provide opportunity to values and support supervisors, and encourage conversations about how supervision can continue to evolve.

The conference brings together the people who supervise, teach, research, lead and shape psychology practice to share ideas, challenge thinking and help define what excellent supervision looks like for the next generation of psychologists.
